President - Scott McGill
Scott has been a lifelong cyclist, whether it's road or mountain, and everything in between. As a teenager, he adventure-cycled throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic. In the early 2000s, Scott started competing in 24 hour and cross-country mountain bike races and competed in the MASS series for many years. He has bikepacked numerous routes across the world including Highland Trail 550 and the Tour Aotearoa in New Zealand. Scott recently retired from his company and looks forward to promoting cycling in Harford County and the Mid-Atlantic.

Vice-President - Bob Buchanan
Bob has been a member of HVCC since 2006 and a Board member since 2011. Bob also managed "Bike for Breast Cancer" from 2007-2012 and used his American League Cycling Instructor Certification for an HVCC program training new cyclists. He coached the Leukemia Lymphoma Society "Team in Training" cycling program in Harford County for 2 years. Bob's serious cycling began in 2003, logging 5k miles many of those years. In June 2010, he completed a 900 mile, 13 day tour from Bar Harbor, ME to Bel Air, MD. He manages the club's jersey kit ordering and leads the Fitness Group 3-4 days a week.

Gail has been a member of HVCC since 2011, and before that rode for many years with her sons as they were growing up. She rides mostly with the Fitness Group and many of the additional pickup rides. Gail enjoys "destination" metric and century rides such as the Seagull Century, Mountains of Misery, Tour de Mountains, and others. Gail has helped with the organization of several charity rides and will occasionally lead a regular scheduled ride.

Larry has been a cycling enthusiast for the last 30 years or so, mostly road cycling. He also enjoys bicycle touring, having gone on several multi-week self-supported trips in addition to many shorter ones. Larry plans to cycle across the U.S. northern tier in a couple of years (west to east) and is looking for ride companions.

Member-At-Large - Craig Miser
Craig is an avid cyclist who has participated in road, mountain, gravel, bike packing, touring, and cyclocross. He is a former mountain bike and cyclocross racer that has been actively cycling with Harford Velo for over 20 years. Craig is a former club President, and he is currently the Enthusiast B Group Ride Leader.
